Team Profile

Quite simply, none of our success would be possible without the contributions of each of our employees. We are pleased to provide, below, a bit of biographical information on some of the core members of our management team:

  • Terry Williams - Director
    Terry brings over twenty-eight years of experience in Refrigeration & Air conditioning to our firm. Terry's expertise is in multi-story buildings, having overseen work in many such facilities, including the SA Forensic Science building, Education Building, State Library, SA Art Gallery, Sir Samuel Way Courts, Adelaide Police Station and Magistrates Courts.
  • Neil Williams - Director
    Neil is also a superbly-qualified refrigeration mechanic, who commenced his trade with the SA Government DAIS department. Neil earned many years of experience in the trade working with Telstra and Lyell McEwin Hospital before founding our company. Neil oversees our day-to-day operations.
  • Alf Dennis - Occupational Health and Safety Manager
    Alf is a fully-qualified refrigeration mechanic (licensed since 1972), with ten years experience as a mechanic working on most aspects of the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. He also has sixteen years of experience as a TAFE lecturer (including two years at Port Augusta), specialising in competency-based training (backed by a Teaching Diploma and a Bachelor of Education Degree). Alf also has three years of experience as an OHS&W officer (with a certificate IV in OHS&W qualification). He is currently working towards establishing an OHS management system at Williams that meets AS4801:2001
  • Julie Williams - Office Manager
    Julie (who is also the wife of Terry Williams) has been with the company from the beginning, joining us after twenty-three years with Westpac Bank. Julie oversees office operations and all financial matters.
